Cancellations

​At our healing practice, we prioritize open communication to ensure all clients make informed decisions. Prior to signing up for any service, we will have a detailed conversation to ensure clarity about the services being offered.

Please adhere to the following cancellation guidelines:

1. **24-Hour Notice**: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a full charge for the scheduled session 

2. **Rescheduling**: We understand that life happens. If you are unable to attend, we will offer a rescheduled session or a recording, depending on the service provided.

3. **No Refund Policy**: Once a service is confirmed, there are no refunds. All cancellations or no-shows without sufficient notice will be charged 100% of the session fee
